Take a Look Behind the Scenes

A number of producers and farmers in the Zillertal Valley invite visitors to take a look behind scenes and see how some traditional products such as cheese, dried bacon, schnapps and other local specialties are made.

Guests can follow the manufacturing process from the raw ingredients all the way through to the end product. And, of course, they have the chance to try some of the food and buy items to take home with them. After all, the proof is in the tasting!
