There are few places in Tyrol as nerve-jangling as the region’s high-rope adventure parks. In the Zillertal Valley alone there a number of these popular outdoor areas where visitors of all ages must show concentration, balance and a head for heights.
Equipped with a safety harness, guests are invited to take on a range of climbing routes high above the forest floor. There are different routes catering for a selection of abilities. A great day out for all the family!

Rafting is one of the most popular water-based activities in the valley.
It gives participants the chance to experience whitewater rapids at first hand and to work together in a team. Rafting is available on the Ziller, Gerlosbach and Inn rivers. Experienced guides accompany each group. Those in search of even more adventure can try power rafting, the ultimate whitewater experience. All rafters are provided with wetsuits to keep them warm, so rafting is a sport which can be practised in any weather.
Canyoning is a fun sport that combines slipping, sliding, swimming and abseiling through waterfalls, over rocks and across gorges.
It is ideal for visitors of all ages, including families and groups. The experienced guides will adapt the route and difficulty level to the group. If you get the chance then try canyoning in the rain, when it is even more fun!

Tubing is the latest action sport for adrenaline junkies. Accompanied by an experienced guide,
participants whizz down a stream in an inflatable rubber tube wearing a wetsuit and safety equipment. Definitely worth a try!
